Get help from AppLaunch
Check service status, ask dashboard AI, create a useful ticket, and protect sensitive information.
Check for an incident
Open AppLaunch status and check the component related to the dashboard, hosting service, billing, support, or domains. During a confirmed incident, avoid repeating destructive or billable actions.
Ask dashboard AI
If signed in, open the AppLaunch dashboard and use the built-in assistant for quick guidance. It can use the current dashboard location to understand which service you mean, subject to the access controls shown in the conversation.
Use a ticket for account-specific investigation, persistent failures, billing corrections, or actions that require staff.
Create a support ticket
- Open Dashboard → Help & Support.
- Click New Support Ticket or Create your first ticket.
- Choose the category and related service when available.
- Enter a specific subject.
- Describe the expected result, exact steps, actual result, error, and approximate UTC time.
- Attach a relevant screenshot or text file if useful.
- Submit, then use the ticket page for replies and attachments.
If an attachment upload fails after the ticket is created, open the new ticket and upload it again rather than creating a duplicate ticket.
Do not include secrets
Never send passwords, MFA recovery codes, full API tokens, private keys, session cookies, full payment-card data, or unredacted customer data. Redact secrets while keeping error text, request IDs, timestamps, service names, and relevant hostnames visible.
If you are unsure which lines matter, follow Understand AppLaunch service logs before attaching an excerpt.
Contact AppLaunch
Use the contact page for pre-sales, general, privacy, or legal questions. Signed-in customers should prefer tickets for service and account problems because the ticket can include service context.
