Secure your AppLaunch account

Open Dashboard → Settings → Security for account protection and data controls.

Change your password

Use the Password section. Enter the requested current and new credentials and use at least 12 characters with a number, as required by the dashboard. Store a unique password in a password manager.

If you cannot sign in, use Forgot Password on the login page and follow the emailed reset link. AppLaunch support should never ask for your password.

Enable two-factor authentication

1. Open Two-factor authentication and click the enable action.
2. Scan the QR code with a TOTP authenticator, or enter the manual key.
3. Enter the current six-digit code.
4. Save every recovery code in a secure location separate from the authenticator device.

Each recovery code is for account recovery. Do not store them in a public note or source repository.

Manage recovery codes or disable MFA

Use Regenerate Backup Codes if the codes were lost or exposed. Regeneration replaces the previous set. Disable MFA only after confirming another secure sign-in and recovery method is available.

Review active sessions

The Active sessions section lists browsers signed in to the account. Revoke any session you do not recognise. If you suspect account compromise, change the password, revoke other sessions, regenerate recovery codes, and rotate exposed service credentials.

API keys and notifications

Customer-scoped personal API keys and settings-level delivery controls are marked Coming soon in the current dashboard. Do not follow instructions claiming that those controls are already available.
