# Manage your profile and Cloudflare connection

> Update personal and billing display details, timezone, and the optional Cloudflare DNS integration.

Open [Dashboard → Settings → Profile](https://applaunch.org/dashboard/settings?tab=profile).

## Update your profile

Edit the personal details and timezone used across the dashboard, then save. The account email is read-only in this form; contact support if it must change.

## Update billing details

The billing address helps prefill checkout. The billing-display settings control estimates and summaries only when an exact billed currency is not already known. They do not rewrite completed invoices or change a Stripe charge's currency.

## Connect Cloudflare

The optional **Cloudflare integration** can add supported DNS records automatically while linking domains.

1. Create a Cloudflare API token with only the DNS zones and permissions required for the domains you will manage.
2. Paste it into **Cloudflare API token**.
3. Submit and wait for verification.

The token is encrypted after verification and is not shown again. Do not use a global API key. Revoke the token in Cloudflare if it is exposed or no longer needed.

Automatic DNS setup does not remove the need to confirm the hostname, selected zone, record, proxy status, and verification result. You remain responsible for changes made in the Cloudflare account.
